It was our final day in Puebla and we went out the way we came in: serving. Working alongside a group of players from UDLAP (mainly linebackers) we volunteered at Casa del Sol, an orphanage in Puebla. We spent most of the morning/afternoon painting a rusted fence that surrounded the front of the property and then had an opportunity to see some of the children who lived there.

Afterwards, we took a trip to a market and then had a late lunch/early dinner at Simon and his wife Camila's house. Simon coaches the linebackers at UDLAP and he and his wife put the AFCAM coaching conference together. Simon worked tirelessly with AIA Football to ensure that we had everything we needed while we were in Puebla... He and Camila and their son Silvio are great friends of ours and we look forward to seeing them again.

If it was going to happen once you knew it was only a matter of time before someone else found themselves riding in the back of a car - although this time it was a more spacious trunk.

Three coaches from AIA Football blew away onlookers with their knowledge of all things offense and special teams... Coaches Jameson Stephens, Chris Couch and Brett Morgan took the stage on the final day at AFCAM to share their experitise.

    Jameson Stephens

Coach Stephens is a former receiver at the collegiate level and a current coach who shared his experience and knowledge with a packed room.

    Chris Couch

While he has spent most of his career coaching defense, Coach Couch shook things up a bit at AFCAM when he spoke for an hour on punting strategy... Yes, your eyes are fine - I did write punting. He did a good job and the intensity that Couch brings to the game can make something as mundane as punting seem exciting.

    Brett Morgan

Finally, there's the quarterback whisperer from Jacksonville, Fla., Brett Morgan. You'll learn more in 10 seconds watching these videos about playing QB than you will from a full-day private session with Tom Brady... Plus Brett keeps all of his footballs properly inflated. Tim Tebow why have you not gone to see this guy?
